I did! I've been on steroid creams for 6 years and I was terrified of what they were doing to my skin — it was getting thinner, more fragile, tearing easily. After about 5 weeks using the foot plate each evening, the redness has faded so much I haven't needed the cream in 3 weeks. My dermatologist was surprised at my last visit. I honestly wish I found this years ago.
