Think about your day for a moment.
How much time do you spend actively working on your posture?
Maybe you stretch for 10 minutes in the morning. Maybe you consciously sit up straight for 20 or 30 minutes before you forget. Maybe you see a chiropractor once a week for a 15-minute adjustment.
Let's be generous and say you spend one hour a day actively fighting for better posture.
Now think about this:
How many hours do you spend asleep?
Six? Seven? Eight?
That's when it hit me.
People were spending maybe an hour a day on their posture, and then spending 6 to 8 hours every night with their neck completely unsupported.
Lying on pillows that were too flat. Or too thick. Or too soft.
Pillows that let their head drift forward, or tilt sideways, or sink into positions that put strain on the cervical spine.
For 6 to 8 hours. Every single night.
They were winning for one hour a day, and losing for eight.
I started calling this "The Night Undo Loop."
Here's how it works:
→ During the day: You do your stretches. You try to hold good posture. Maybe you get an adjustment. You feel a little better.
→ At night: You lie down on a pillow that doesn't support your neck's natural curve. Your head drifts forward. Your muscles tense up to compensate. Your body goes into "guard mode" — even while you're unconscious.
→ Next morning: You wake up stiff. The tension is back. You start the day at -1.
→ Repeat. Every single day.
It's like trying to fill a bathtub with the drain open.
You can pour in as much water as you want, stretches, adjustments, ergonomics, but if it's leaking out all night, you'll never get ahead.
That's why nothing was sticking.
That's why my patients kept coming back with the same complaints, week after week, year after year.
They weren't failing. Their pillows were failing them.

Has anyone tried this yet?

I did! I was very skeptical after wasting money on so many "solutions" but after 3 weeks my morning stiffness went from an hour to maybe 10 minutes. I actually sat through a full day of meetings last Friday without my neck screaming by 3pm.

I've spent $2,000+ on ergonomic chairs, standing desks, and chiropractor visits over the years. This pillow was $75. I'm angry nobody told me about this sooner.

My wife has worked at a desk for 25 years. She's tried everything. I ordered this for her birthday honestly not expecting much. But she teared up last week because she woke up without stiffness for the first time in years.

Hey Christina, you need something like this instead of spending $150 every two weeks on chiro that wears off

Wow that's really interesting, I just ordered one. Can't keep paying for adjustments every month for something that barely lasts 2 days

Have you bought one, how long does it take to get to you?

For me, 7 working days. Worth every day of waiting.

My daughter sent me the article about Dr. Reid and the Ornexis pillow. I thought it was too good to be true. 4 weeks later and I hosted Sunday dinner for the whole family. Cooked for 3 hours, sat at the table for 2 more. No stiff neck. No headache by evening. I'm still in shock.

Has anyone here been going to a chiropractor for years? Did this actually help you reduce your visits?

I've been seeing a chiropractor every two weeks for 8 years. Was getting frustrated spending $150/month for relief that never lasted. After 5 weeks on this pillow I've gone from bi-weekly to once a month... maybe. My chiro actually asked what I changed. I wish I'd found this 10 years ago.
